Before we work together, there are a few things you should know.

Inclusivity is the bare minimum.

no human is illegal.

black lives matter.

Women's rights + trans rights are human rights.

Let’s start off by saying how thankful I am that you’re here! I couldn’t do what I love without my incredible clients, truly.

Creative photography found me during a major transitional time in my life, & when I tell you it helped shape me into who I feel I was always meant to be - I really mean it. I am a believer in trusting your intuition, living a life that feels aligned & always finding new ways to set your creative soul on fire. That is what Thistle & Veil is to me.

My approach is rooted in intention. I want to capture real connection, not some Pinterest version of you. You deserve a gallery full of images that take you back into each moment - as if you're there again. But don't get it twisted, I love a cool editorial moment with fun flash + colors, so we make room for those images, too. Art isn't meant to be put in a box, & neither are you.

If I had to describe my art in a few words: candid, storytelling, & a little bit weird

I am based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and available to go anywhere a plane or car can take me. <3

Get to know me.

i'm not here to just snap a photo of you. I am here to help you feel seen, loved, & celebrated.

a bit about me

a bit about me

I married my high school sweetheart & we have 3 cats who are our kids - Zelda, Jedi, + Aloy.

I'm a huge fantasy nerd. My fav D&D class is Druid, I love LOTR + Critical Role, & I love a good high fantasy read.

I love to travel + my heart is split between the East + West Coasts!

I am currently studying herbalism.

My family is full of musicians + I love live music. Rock, heavy metal, + folk are my fav genres, but I listen to almost everything.

I love video games! My current favorite franchise is God of War.

you deserve a wedding photographer who prioritizes how you feel on your wedding day + how your gallery feels when you look at it 50 years from now.

I'm that photographer.
